What is a Gift Card and how does it work?
The card is a type of electronic prepaid payment card that can be safely used for payments in stores at Designer Outlet Kraków that accept Mastercard.
The card is a one-time load, and transactions can be made until the funds are depleted or the card expires (12 months from the date of purchase).

HOW TO CHECK THE BALANCE OF A GIFT CARD?
1. at the information point of the center
2. on the website FIN PAY BALANCE
3. by calling the customer service number +48 22 188 19 09
4. by scanning the QR code located on the back of the card with your smartphone.
