As a Salesperson / Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for:

✔ Professional customer service and shopping advice

✔ Taking care of the attractive display and aesthetics of the store

✔ Implementation of sales plans

If you have experience in team management, you can take the role of Store Manager and additionally:

✔ Coordinate the work of the team and support the development of employees

✔ Monitor sales results and ensure the highest quality of customer service

Position: Customer Service Point Employee

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate is:

✔ representative and communicative,
✔ knows English at least at B2 level,
✔ reliable and empathetic,
✔ fluent in Microsoft Office,
✔ proactive and independent in action.

Welcome:

✔ basic knowledge of sign language.

Scope of duties:

✔ current service of the Information Point in Designer Outlet Kraków,
✔ communication with customers and technical services of the center,
✔ sale of gift cards and distribution of promotional materials,
✔ cooperation with tenants - support in current needs,
✔ daily maintenance of the center (control of cleanliness and visual communication),
✔ receiving and redirecting telephone calls,
✔ responding to the needs of people with special requirements (cooperation with appropriate services),
✔ preparation of simple reports for the Center Management,
✔ creating an open, cordial atmosphere in contact with customers.
