Designer Outlet Krakow is located at ul.Galicyjska 10 in Krakow and has four entrances and two additional entrances leading from the underground car park to the main hall of the gallery.

A small staircase leads to two entrances, the two main entrances are directly on the flat. At the main entrance on the inner side there are attention boxes and FON guide lines leading from the aforementioned entrance to the information desk where a customer with a disability will receive all necessary information and assistance.

In addition to the guiding paths leading to it from the main entrance, the information desk is also equipped with a lowered counter dedicated to wheelchair users and with an induction loop for people with hearing loss.

Anyone needing if their hearing aids are equipped to connect to the induction loop can use it when speaking to a member of staff.

The facility is equipped with intonavi voice tags. The markers are located above each main entrance so that the voice system guides the visually impaired person to the door. In addition, markers have been placed above the doors to toilets dedicated to people with disabilities.

The facility has soundproofing rooms also dedicated to nursing mothers. These rooms are equipped with a microwave, sanitary facilities, as well as a comfortable chair to facilitate breastfeeding for the mother.

Staff at the facility are trained in providing support to people with special needs, know the basics of savoir-vivre towards a person with a disability and have received training in customer service for people with disabilities.

The facility has ample parking spaces for people with disabilities, both outside the facility in proximity to the main entrances and in the underground garage. There are sufficient numbers of these spaces and they are correctly marked.

The facility is marked in a contrasting manner, both the main entrances and the glass surfaces and the entire lobby have been specially arranged to be easily navigated by visually impaired people or seniors.

Designer Outlet Krakow is equipped with a Voice Warning System and a Visual Fire Warning System, as well as certified chairs for evacuation of people with special needs.
